How do I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website. Once your order is received, we’ll confirm your pickup details via text or email.
Do you deliver?
At this time, we do not offer delivery, but we’re working on setting up DoorDash to make ordering even easier in the near future!
How far in advance should I order?
For custom orders, please place your order at least 48 hours in advance so we have time to prepare everything fresh. For ready-made desserts that are currently available, same-day pickup may be possible depending on inventory.
Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! If you’d like a custom flavor, theme, or design, please visit our Contact page and fill out the form with your details. You can also mix and match desserts throughout the site to create your own variety box.
How should I store my desserts?
Keep all desserts refrigerated if you’re not serving them right away. Allow cakes and cupcakes to reach room temperature before enjoying for the best taste and texture.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because every dessert is made fresh to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Do you accommodate allergies or custom requests?
Yes! We do our best to accommodate custom orders, including allergy-friendly options when requested. If you have specific dietary needs, please let us know in advance when placing your custom order so we can prepare it safely. Please note that our ready-made products are not allergy-free, as they may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, or gluten.
